Eggplants, with their glossy skin and vibrant color, aren’t just visually beautiful—they’re also a nutritional powerhouse. Packed with fiber, antioxidants, and essential nutrients, eggplants play a starring role in cuisines worldwide, from Mediterranean ratatouille to Middle Eastern baba ganoush. However, their delicate nature makes them highly prone to spoilage, creating challenges in delivering them fresh and intact from farm to table.

To tackle this, we are developing a plant-based protection tailored for eggplants, currently in the prototype stage and under development. Our formulation aims to extend freshness, reduce waste, and help bring high-quality eggplants to kitchens everywhere, without the need of plastic.
