Bell peppers, with their vibrant colors and crisp texture, are a favorite in kitchens worldwide. Whether red, yellow, or green, they’re not just visually appealing—they’re also packed with vitamins like C and A, along with antioxidants that make them a healthy choice. However, bell peppers are delicate and can lose their freshness quickly, often wrinkling during transportation and storage.
To tackle this, we are developing a plant-based protection tailored for pepper, currently in the prototype stage and under development. Our formulation aims to extend freshness, reduce waste, and help bring high-quality pepper, without the need of plastic.
